The Italian Institute of Collaborative Law - IICL - was founded in Rome January 18, 2010 and is made up of lawyers, psychologists / operators psychosocial area and financial expert, spread throughout the country, who are committed to offering its customers an approach is not contentious, reserved and respectful of the dignity of the persons involved, management in good faith and transparency of their conflicts.

After following a specific training course and learned techniques of communication and negotiation, collaborative professionals, made in teams, help the parties to find the most effective solutions and tailored to their specific needs.

Collaborative practice, despite being born to resolve family conflicts, can be effectively applied to all conflicts to preserve the commercial and economic relations between the parties and ensure their satisfaction.

In this context the collaborative practice acts as an intervention with strong social connotations, aimed at creating a cultural model - the opposite of what usually centered on the clash operating - aims to redevelop the general system of human relationships, from those closely familiar to the social in general.
